The 12th China International Die Casting Conference and Expo (“China Die Casting 2017”) was ceremoniously held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 19th to 21st, 2017. China Die Casting is known as the most influential die casting machine trade fair in Asia and the scale of this exhibition has reached a record high, with nearly 330 well-known enterprises from 19 countries and regions attending, covering an area of more than 23,000 square meters, attracting over 15,000 professional spectators and purchasers at home and abroad to visit and purchase.

Ningbo Haitian Die Casting Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Haitian Die Casting”) officially launched its first series of die casting machines in March this year since it entered the die casting industry last year and chose this most famous die casting exhibition in China for its debut. The booth of Haitian Die Casting W5A12 covered an area of 209 square meters, showing a “deep automatic die casting integration” solution and attracted large crowds.

HDC series cold chamber die casting machine

On the first day of the exhibition, Haitian Die Casting was invited to participate in the “Innovative Products and Technologies Conference” organized by the sponsor. South China Regional Manager Mr. Zhang Hongpeng showed Haitian Die Casting’s HDC series cold chamber die casting machine at the conference area located at W4N87, and gave a presentation with emphasis on the clamping unit of the machine. The HDC series has fast mold open and close speed, high repeatability, good resistance to abrasion and shock, low tensile stress on the tie bar, sufficient release of shear stress, thus it has good reliability and durability, and long service life.
