On May 7, Haitian Die Casting and Jiangsu Xin Qisheng Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Leaders from both sides joined the signing ceremony, marking a new chapter of collaboration to drive innovation and sustainable growth in magnesium alloy die casting.

Based in Nantong, Jiangsu, Xin Qisheng Technology operates 40+ die-casting cells (180T–3000T) with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons of aluminum parts. With fully automated production and advanced surface finishing, the company delivers one-stop solutions from DFM and mold design to mass production. Phase II will expand with 3500–10000T cells and magnesium die-casting equipment.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to deepen cooperation in equipment procurement, technology collaboration, and industrial upgrading. In the future, Haitian Die Casting will provide Xin Qisheng Technology with around 10 sets of intelligent die-casting units and magnesium injection molding equipment, ranging from 350T to 10000T. This will further enrich Xin Qisheng’s product portfolio, enhance its manufacturing capabilities, and significantly boost its competitiveness in new energy vehicles, high-end communications, and audio sectors.

The signing of this strategic cooperation marks a significant step forward in the collaborative development of the die-casting industry chain. Against the backdrop of global manufacturing’s transformation toward intelligence and sustainability, both parties will jointly explore new possibilities in lightweight material applications, empowering industrial upgrading with advanced technologies and contributing greater innovation to “Made in China.”
