Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting Shines at the 2025 National Die-Casting Industry Annual Conference
2025-03-28

From March 26 to 28, the 2025 National Die-Casting Industry Annual Conference & the 20th China International Die-Casting Conference was grandly held at the Wanda Realm Hotel, Nanjing. Under the theme of “Linking the Global Die-Casting Industry,” the conference brought together industry experts, corporate representatives, and upstream and downstream elites from home and abroad. Discussions centered on key topics such as lightweighting, green manufacturing, and intelligent production, exploring future industry trends, technological innovation, and market opportunities.
This year’s conference featured three special forums on magnesium alloy die-casting, large-scale integrated die-casting, and zinc alloy die-casting. As a pioneering leader in the die-casting industry, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting was invited to participate and delivered a cutting-edge technical presentation at the magnesium alloy forum, showcasing its latest innovations in magnesium alloy technology and becoming one of the highlights of the event.
With the surging demand for lightweight solutions in sectors such as new energy vehicles, 3C electronics, and aerospace, magnesium alloy has become a hot topic thanks to its low density, high specific strength, and excellent thermal conductivity. The dedicated magnesium alloy forum provided in-depth discussions on material innovation, process optimization, and market applications, pointing the way forward for the industry.
As a leading enterprise in magnesium alloy forming technology, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting delivered an insightful presentation yesterday afternoon at the magnesium alloy forum. Mr. Ge Qiwei, Director of the company’s Magnesium Alloy Division, presented a keynote report titled “Development and Application Prospects of Large-Scale Magnesium Alloy Injection Molding Equipment.” His talk provided a comprehensive overview of the technical advantages of magnesium alloy products, Haitian’s development and application of large-scale magnesium alloy injection molding, and the company’s future roadmap.
Mr. Ge Qiwei noted that in response to the growing market demand for large magnesium alloy castings in recent years, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting has continuously made breakthroughs in machine tonnage and theoretical injection capacity. This year, the company plans to launch a 7000-ton magnesium alloy injection molding machine, designed for large automotive components such as tailgates. With its low-temperature, semi-solid process advantages, the machine will significantly reduce deformation in large magnesium alloy parts and improve yield rates.
In conclusion, Mr. Ge emphasized that the advent of ultra-large magnesium alloy injection molding equipment will greatly expand application scenarios. Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting will continue to invest in innovation and contribute to the upgrading of global industries.
In addition to the inspiring discussions and presentations, the conference also featured a dedicated “Special Brand Showcase Zone.” At the booth, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting demonstrated its integrated die-casting solutions and magnesium alloy injection molding solutions through video case studies and magnesium alloy cast parts.
Products on display—including display back panels, motor housings, seat frames, and laptop shells—not only highlighted the diversified application potential of magnesium alloys, but also underscored Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting’s strong capabilities in material development and forming technology. On-site application engineers engaged in face-to-face discussions with visitors, exploring the new future of aluminum and magnesium in the die-casting industry.
Driven by both joint development and independent innovation, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting has introduced a complete range of HMG350–7000 magnesium alloy injection molding machines, setting higher standards in performance, efficiency, stability, and safety.
Notably, the company’s Global Application Center in Beilun, Ningbo is equipped with a full series of magnesium alloy injection molding machines. Last year alone, the center conducted trial runs with more than 60 molds and produced nearly 100,000 magnesium alloy parts, all with excellent mechanical performance. During multi-category, small-batch trials, the HMG series once again demonstrated its outstanding performance and reliability.
The annual conference provided forward-looking insights and cooperation opportunities for the die-casting industry. Through technical presentations and product showcases, Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting highlighted its full industry chain advantage across materials, processes, and equipment in the magnesium alloy sector. Looking ahead, as demand for lightweighting continues to rise, the magnesium alloy market is expected to enter a golden period of development. Haitian Zhisheng Die-Casting will continue to drive innovation and work hand in hand with global partners to lead the die-casting industry to new heights!
